1.首先要检查中空玻璃加工设备水箱里的水充足，然后打开水泵，调整白色海绵辊上方的喷水管，保证海绵辊所有位置都能被冲洗到。然后用手将海绵辊上的杂质和脏物清洗干净，注意在冬天开启中空玻璃生产线时，一定不要先打开清洗传送，因为在没有被浸泡开的情况下打开传送，会导致海绵辊被撕坏。

2.然后打开清洗传送，将待加工的中空玻璃放在传送轮上，注意玻璃一定要放平稳，防止玻璃在传送过程中掉落伤到人。
